I am blessed to be a Lake Pointe Eagle and love being your Principal. I will continue to work to support students academically, socially, and emotionally. I believe in the potential of each student and preparing them for the future.  It's with great joy that I get to support our students, faculty, and families. Please feel free to contact me with any celebrations or concerns you may have. It is exciting to think about all that we will achieve working together. It’s going to be a great year!

Julianne came to Lake Travis ISD as a First Grade Teacher for West Cypress Hills Elementary in 2016 and Instructional Support Teacher for Lake Travis Elementary in 2020 before moving to Hudson Bend Middle School as Assistant Principal in 2021. She has been a Lake Pointe Eagle since 2022 and most recently served as Summer School Principal at both the high school and elementary level. Julianne considers LTISD her home away from home and is inspired to help mentor and grow all future members of this community. A newlywed, Julianne enjoys spending her free time with her family and three dogs, Duncan, Johnnie, and Rocky. She also participates in various athletic activities, hiking, camping, and cooking.

Kacie has recently relocated from Lubbock, TX (Go Red Raiders!) and has served as a campus administrator since 2017. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to serve elementary and middle school communities and is passionate about supporting students, building relationships, and helping children grow both academically and personally. She is excited to join the Lake Travis family and be a part of a district that values and expects academic excellence while supporting every student's success. Kacie and her husband, Jordan, are joining the LT staff along with their three children, who will attend Lake Pointe Elementary (LPE). Outside of school, Kacie is an avid runner and baker who enjoys spending most of her time cheering on her children in their various dance and sports activities. She is excited to begin building relationships with the students, staff, and families of Lake Pointe Elementary.

Michele earned her teaching degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1995. With a specialization in Early Childhood, she has been teaching elementary aged children for 30 plus years- 27 years being here in Lake Travis ISD. She was awarded 2010 Teacher of the Year and had the honor of being the grade level team leader for three years. She is excited to continue her chapter as an Elementary Instructional Coach and is enjoying building relationships in this role.

Outside of work, Michele loves to shop, be outside, spend time with family, her furbaby, Lily, and BEST of all—read. She has been married to Jeff for 34 years and they have two grown children: William (27) and Jonathan (22).
